Privacy and Security
We handle information arising from orders and service on a necessary and limited basis.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the order, we may need the order number, a contact email, the payment status and contact details used for after-sales communication. Products deliver top-up information and instructions through the order page.
We do not ask customers to submit an account password, verification code or full payment card details. To activate a subscription, the customer submits the account's login credential (Session) on the order page. It is used only for that order: to check that the account can take the purchased plan, to activate the plan on that account and, right after activation, to turn off the subscription's auto-renewal so the account is not billed again. It is shared only with the service provider needed to complete the activation. The Session is not stored in the database.
2. Purpose of use
Information is used only to confirm orders, display digitally delivered content, provide after-sales support, handle problems and answer enquiries. We do not sell information to third parties or use it for marketing unrelated to the order.
3. Third-party services
Where a product involves a third-party AI platform, the customer should read and comply with that platform's privacy policy and terms of service. Pay2GPT is not an official representative of those platforms.
4. Retention and deletion
Order information is kept only for as long as needed to process the order, provide after-sales support and resolve disputes; after that it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask to access or delete information we still hold by emailing support@pay2gpt.com, except where the law requires us to keep it.
5. Security reminder
Pay2GPT will not ask for passwords, verification codes or full payment card details through any channel other than the order. If you receive such a request, stop and verify it through an order page you know to be genuine.
