Wrong USDT network or amount
If you sent too little you can top up the difference or ask for it back. For a wrong network, submit the transaction hash and support verifies it within 24 hours.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back the way you paid. Once we have your order details, review usually takes up to 3 business days; after approval the money usually arrives within 7 business days, depending on the payment channel. USDT refunds are sent less the network fee.
Activation
“Account already has a subscription”
Subscriptions don't stack. Activate after the current one ends; you have 7 days after paying, and the order is not used up.
Login details incomplete or expired
Refresh chatgpt.com, reopen the login details page and copy everything with Ctrl/⌘ + A. On a phone, use the browser.
No Plus after activation
Sign out of ChatGPT and sign in again. If it still isn't active after 10 minutes, email support@pay2gpt.com with your order number.

After 30 minutes you verify once more before connecting an account. Press “Verify email” for a new code; this device keeps showing your orders for 7 days.

How do I know if I'm eligible for half price?
