Contract, invoices and payment
Pay2GPT is operated by ByteCozy LLC, a US company. Business purchases come with a signed contract and an invoice for every order, so they fit your procurement and accounting process.
A US company signs
The contracting and invoicing party is ByteCozy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Its registration can be looked up on the Wyoming Secretary of State website.
A real services agreement
We sign a Professional Services Agreement built on Common Paper's public standard terms, governed by Wyoming law, with electronic signature. Send your own template if your company has one.
English invoices
Every order gets a PDF invoice with your company name, plan, quantity, unit price and total, ready for expenses and bookkeeping.
Pay the way you prefer
US dollar wire transfer, USDT, or card and Alipay at checkout. Invoices are paid in advance, and seat links go out within one business day of payment.
Vendor onboarding
We provide formation documents, the EIN letter and the tax forms your vendor review needs, and sign an NDA first if you ask.
Refunds in writing
Seats that cannot be activated, and seats not used within the 30-day redemption period, are refunded under the contract. Nothing to negotiate.

Questions
Do you need our ChatGPT passwords?
No. Each seat connects its account's login session (Session) once, only to activate that account, and it is deleted when activation ends.
Which accounts can be activated?
Any ChatGPT account that signs in normally and has no active subscription of the same kind. The account is checked when it is connected; if it does not qualify, submit another account under the same order.
How long do we have to use the seats?
Connect an account within 30 days of payment. Contact support if you need longer.
What if one account fails?
Support can activate another account instead or refund that seat. The other seats are not affected.
Who are you, and can we sign a contract?
Pay2GPT is operated by ByteCozy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Business purchases are covered by a signed Professional Services Agreement with electronic signature, and we can review your own contract template.
How can we pay?

Can we integrate through an API?
Yes. With a business account and a topped-up balance, the API places orders and submits accounts, and a webhook reports each status change to your system. Without the API, connecting accounts in the order list still activates them automatically.
