The cap is shared across every card you hold, debit, credit and virtual, and it resets on 1 November. Personal cards are also not meant for business payments. Banks collect advance income tax on overseas card payments under section 236Y. Reported rates have been 5% for people on the Active Taxpayers List and 10% for others, and the 2026–27 budget proposed cutting it to 0.5%. Your bank statement shows the rate you are actually charged. Some issuers add their own fee: SadaPay, for example, charges 6% plus FED on non-PKR payments. Even within those limits, a payment can fail before your bank sees it. Many debit cards have international online payments switched off by default, and OpenAI can reject a card on its own risk checks. Several people in Pakistan report UBL, SadaPay and NayaPay cards being declined at OpenAI, while others get through. No card is guaranteed to work. Buy USDT with JazzCash or Easypaisa Sellers who take bank transfer or Raast work the same way. Crypto rules in Pakistan are still being written; whether to use USDT is your call. 1. Open the Binance app, complete its identity check, and go to P2P, then Buy, then USDT, with PKR as the currency. 2. Filter the payment method to JazzCash or Easypaisa. Pick a seller with a high completion rate and many orders, and check the price and limits. 3. Buy a little more than the order total, because Binance takes a withdrawal fee. Send the PKR from your wallet to the seller's account shown in the order, within the time limit. 4. Tap the button to tell the seller you have paid, and wait for the USDT to be released into your Binance wallet. Never mark an order as paid before you actually send the money. 5. Place your Pay2GPT order and choose USDT. Copy the address and the exact amount for the network you chose, TRC20 usually has the lowest fee. 6.
